As a convenience to our families, Somerset Pediatric Group has a LabCorp laboratory draw site in our Raritan Office located at 575 Route 28, Building 2, first floor.
NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY
The lab will be open during the following times:
Monday through Friday: 8:30 am to 3:00 pm (lunch break from 12:30 pm to 1:00 pm)
Saturday: 8:30 am to 2:00 pm
The phlebotomist in that office is skilled in drawing blood from children, therefore, making it a more pleasant experience for your child.
LabCorp is accepted by Aetna, Cigna, Horizon BCBS, United Healthcare and Oxford. Some plans have a co-insurance or deductible for lab services. If this is true of your plan you will be billed by LabCorp for the co-insurance or deductible.
If you have Qualcare, please contact your insurance carrier to see if a LabCorp lab is covered by your plan. Some Qualcare plans require you to use a hospital laboratory for all lab tests. Additionally, some Qualcare plans have a co-insurance or deductible for lab services.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: Due to state regulations, LabCorp can no longer draw blood from orders/prescriptions provided by physicians other than from Somerset Pediatric Group physicians. We apologize for any inconvenience.
